Sometimes all we need is to relax.
Let go of the steering wheel. See where you end up without constantly checking the GPS. Inhale, exhale. Breathe. Give yourself time. Stop rushing around. Stop hesitating, fidgeting, filling your life with junk. Stop chasing. Be comfortable that your life is unfilled. Be OK with not controlling everything. Be fine with having lots of white space in the calendar. Be content with having few things to do. Enjoy having less — and, as a result, actually more.
