I totally agree that we are all mentors to someone. We shouldn’t strive to mentor everyone – rather those people who are just 1 step behind. There is ALWAYS someone there. And the distance is not too big (like that from a beginner to Elon Musk) to be able to resonate.

All you need to do is find your audience — those in need of YOUR help — and show up consistently. Then you’ll make your change in the world.
