Renee, great stuff! In my experience, keeping it as simple (i.e., frictionless) as possible was a game changer. Every habit, every task, every discipline that I’ve ever built was quit on simply because it was too difficult to perform.

That’s the beauty of life: you can really achieve anything you want, if you just stick to it long enough, like it’s a habit. Like, starting a new project, give yourself a resolution: forget anything external for 6 months. Focus on building the habit.

Then wake up in 6 months and see what happens. I am sure you’ll be surprised.
