Nobody will give you permission. So give it to yourself.
Nobody will choose you. Not really. So choose yourself instead of waiting to be picked.
Nobody will prioritize the things that are really important to you. On the contrary: the world will conspire so that you do everything but what’s actually important to you.
Nobody will tell you how it all works. You’ll have to figure it out by yourself.
Nobody will give you time to do your most important work or be your best self. So make room for those things. Carve it out. Prioritize.
Nobody will say YES to the things you want. They’ll want you to say YES to things that matter to them. So say NO to things that don’t matter. Say YES to things that do.
Nobody cares about your life as much as you do. So care.
