Natasha Varma, absolutely!!
Me and my girlfriend have this small routine: before going to bed, we say to each other 3 things that we are grateful for that day. It’s very important — especially when you don’t feel like talking and you had a bad day — because in every (!) day you can find 3 things (they don’t have to be grand, just simple things) you can be grateful for.
And if so, life isn’t so bad :)
