Our life — is right this second. This. Now. Whatever it is that we are dealing with this very second — it’s life. And there won’t be another one. Only THIS.

We should remind ourselves more often of this.

People are so often trapped in their visions for the future and how it will be, or might be, or how it is for others… when all we have is right this moment.
