Kailyn Sarros, thanks a lot for the practical steps! I am a PhD in ‘overthinking’ — and in my experience, it’s closely tied to trying to control things. Which, in its turn, is about fear.
When you are afraid — you want to control things — hence, you are trying to create every possible scenario in your head of what might (and might not) happen.
The truth is, there is 1,000,000,000,000+ possible scenarios — and you will NEVER guess (unless you are have superpowers, which I personally don’t).
