Great stuff! I am a very habitual person myself (as we all are, I guess). I totally agree that everything is possible if you make it a habit.

Take writing, for example. If you set a certain time each day just to write, say, 1000 words, in 1 year you’ll be able to write several books.

It’s crazy (and empowering) what habits can do to us (both good and bad ones). Hence, it’s worth investing some time to building the good ones.
